What kind of returns can I expect?

Returns vary by deal. We'll discuss rate, term, and structure before you commit to anything. We're not a pooled fund — every deal is its own agreement between you and the borrower, with us facilitating and managing the process.

What is the minimum investment?

Minimums vary depending on the deal. We'll discuss fit during our initial conversation. Most loans are in the $100K–$500K range.

Who are the borrowers?

We lend to experienced real estate operators — primarily investors in the co-living, rehab, and fix-and-flip space. We know our borrowers personally and have underwritten their deals before bringing lenders in.
